In 1999 Andy Dale joined the founders to continue this legacy of developing growth companies across the Pacific Northwest. Almost 15 years ago Karen Cameron and Noel de Turenne joined to lead finance and investment operations.

For more than thirty years, Andy has been building and growing companies as a private equity investor and entrepreneur. Since returning to his hometown of Seattle in 1999, Andy has served as Managing Partner of Montlake Capital. He started his career in mergers and acquisitions on Wall Street prior to leading sales, marketing and corporate development for a successful venture backed technology business which grew from $0 to $60 million revenue prior to a successful sale. He holds an A.B. from Harvard College and received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Noel de Turenne joined Montlake Capital in 2008 while completing his MBA. He leads sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, structuring transactions and serves as a member of many Montlake boards of directors. Previously, Mr. de Turenne worked for Wells Fargo in their middle-market banking group, where he focused on executing senior debt financings. He received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business.
Since 2000, Karen has provided accounting, audit and tax support to venture capital firms and private investors. Joining Montlake Capital in 2004 and is responsible for Montlake’s finance, accounting and reporting functions. Previously she was the CFO of Northwest Protective Service, a family owned business and the largest security guard company in the Pacific Northwest. She received her C.P.A. in California while working in the audit and tax departments of what is now Deloitte Touche, and received her B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.
